(October 2013) This webinar was the second of a two-part, online training exploring how the 2013 International Family Planning Conference fits into the larger policy process and how youth participants, as advocates, can take advantage of the opportunities presented by the conference to affect policy change.

Kate Gilles, policy analyst at PRB, begin with a showing of PRB’s ENGAGE presentation, “The Time is Now: Invest in Sexual and Reproductive Health for Young People.” The presentation was followed by a discussion about the key messages of the presentation and how they relate to the 2013 conference and policy change. Participants also received a brief training on how to use this advocacy tool, and other ENGAGE presentations, in their own work.
