Graphics Bank

Whether you are preparing a talk, planning a lesson, writing an article, or just doing your homework and need visual aids, start by browsing in PRB's Graphics Bank. The Graphics Bank contains more than 100 PowerPoint presentations that put international population and health topics in perspective — many slides also have talking points (change your view to "Notes Page" or go to second page to see these). You can view or print the PowerPoint files or print the graphics on transparency sheets for use with an overhead projector (see note below on opening and using). You can tailor them by combining them or editing them to suit your purpose. However you choose to use them, these graphics will save you time and enhance the points you are making.

The graphics have appeared in PRB publications or on our website or have been created using data from international organizations, publications, surveys, and databases. They are designed to illustrate contemporary population and health issues as well as long-term trends.

The presentations are organized by topic:

  • Aging
  • Family Planning
  • HIV/AIDS
  • Population Basics
  • Income/Poverty
  • Reproductive Health
  • Youth

Note: If you don't have access to all presentation features, you have opened a file in your browser and are using PowerPoint Viewer. You'll need to use "Save Target As..." to save the file to your hard drive and then open from PowerPoint, but you can view the presentation in your browser if you want to preview or print it first.

Internet Explorer: Right-click (Macintosh users click and hold) on the link and select "Save Target As..." from the right-click menu. Then choose a place to save the PowerPoint file on your computer and return to that place to open the file.
