Two Winners of 120 Under 40 Are PRB Policy Fellows Alumni

On September 12, 2017, the Bill & Melinda Gates Institute for Population and Reproductive Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health announced the 2017 winners of 120 Under 40: The New Generation of Family Planning Leaders. The award recognizes and highlights the achievements of young professional family planning leaders who are working to advance family planning and reproductive health around the world. Among this year’s 40 awardees were two PRB training alumni: Allen Kabagenyi from Uganda who was in the 2013/14 cohort of PRB’s flagship Policy Fellows program and Nissily Mushani from Malawi who participated in a PRB country-based policy communication training in 2013.
