The PHE National Network Challenge provides financial support and technical assistance to a national PHE network to pursue targeted, measurable population-environment-development (PED)-related advocacy goals that can be achieved in one year. PACE will provide ongoing TA in advocacy, strategic communications, and documentation of results to the winning network.
The winner of the PHE National Network Challenge will have the managerial, financial, and administrative experience and capabilities to organize and implement national advocacy activities. The program is funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID); for this reason we can only accept applications that come from countries where USAID supports increased access to voluntary family planning information and services. In addition, applicants must be prepared to accept an award issued in accordance with USAID Standard Provisions for Non-U.S. Nongovernmental Organizations, including Protecting Life in Global Health Assistance provisions. The deadline for applications is April 16, 2019.
More information about the PHE National Network Challenge and application process can be found in the attached document. Additional questions about the program are welcome.
