Doreen Thianyu

Doreen Thianyu is a Program Associate in PRB’s Kenya office, specializing in knowledge management, logistical, administrative, and communications support across various projects. Since joining PRB in 2019, Thianyu has developed expertise in global health and development communications, event coordination, project management, and stakeholder engagement. She supports PRB’s Communications & Marketing Department by producing products such as blogs, newsletters, and social media content. She also manages editorial calendars, oversees marketing campaigns, and contributes to both external and internal communications strategies. Previously, she worked with USAID-funded APHIAplus IMARISHA and African Media Initiative. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Community Resource Management and Extension from Kenyatta University.
