Enrique is a multilingual senior finance executive and business leader with over 15 years of experience in Fortune 100 biopharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare companies. He has worked collaboratively with Commercial, Supply Chain and Procurement global functions, directing FP&A, accounting, treasury and supply chain teams; heading departments of finance of up to 40+ professionals overseeing a total of $7Bn in annual spend; and managing business unit operational budgets of $750MM in large business units and of $1.0Bn in revenue. Enrique is a strategic leader with demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in new economic and culturally diverse environments, with proven success implementing large-scale financial systems, strategic governance & Kaizen projects across multiple time zones and throughout all organizational levels, managing teams in large multinational global organizations as a Country CFO, as well as a Regional Finance Director for six countries.
Enrique considers himself an outspoken growth mindset and servant leader, passionate about AI and data, who enjoys developing and coaching high-performance teams. He is also a board member of the Financial Executives International —FEI— Chicago Chapter organization, while also leading its Leadership Development Committee. Enrique holds two bachelor’s degrees in economics and finance, and an Executive Program Mini-MBA from Quinlan School of Business from Loyola University in Chicago.
