Program Finance & Operations Officer
Harper Spires is a program finance and operations officer who joined PRB in 2021. She supports financial administration and compliance for PRB’s federal and non-federal projects. Previously, she worked in nonprofit operations and development at the Center for Craft and The Collider, both based in Asheville, NC. Spires holds a master’s degree in public administration from Western Carolina University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of North Carolina at Asheville.
