PRB

Kevin Kariuki was the finance and administration officer in PRB’s Kenya office. He joined PRB in 2022. He served as the primary Finance backstop responsible for financial administration and compliance for the Stawisha Pwani project and was part of PRB’s global program finance team. Originally from Mombasa, Kariuki is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a master’s degree in finance, both from Strathmore University. He has more than seven years’ experience in financial and grant management for U.S. Government- and United Nations-funded projects. His USAID experience includes financial and compliance management for the Tuberculosis Accelerated Response and Care project at the Centre for Health Solutions and LVCT Health in Kenya. He also has humanitarian experience through work under UN-funded projects at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Kakuma Refugee Camp.
