Lori Turk-Bicakci served as a senior program director in U.S. Programs. She joined PRB in 2021. She has extensive experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting on education, social services, and other areas that support children’s long-term health and well-being. Turk-Bicakci oversaw data and outreach for the KidsData program and promoted evidenced-based decision-making and action to improve children’s health and well-being. Before joining PRB, Turk-Bicakci directed the KidsData program at the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health and was a senior researcher at American Institutes for Research. Turk-Bicakci has a Ph.D. in sociology from the University of California, Riverside, and a teaching credential in social studies and bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of California, Davis.
