PRB

Devyn Bell is a senior program coordinator in International Programs. She joined PRB in 2020. Bell has experience in program management and evaluation, knowledge management, and process improvement. She works on the USAID-funded MOMENTUM Knowledge Accelerator project and has business development experience. Bell previously worked with Luke International in Malawi’s Northern Region, where she completed an evaluation of their health information systems program and made recommendations for improvement. She holds a master’s degree in public health from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in human physiology from Gonzaga University.
