We’ve helped thousands of global stakeholders understand the demography behind labor challenges and plan for resilient responses. Our recent successes include:

• Bringing together nearly 500 people from 48 countries to discuss the impact of historic population shifts in India and China on the global workforce—including the nascent potential of sub-Saharan Africa.
• Exploring potential policy solutions to the U.S. worker shortage with former U.S. Secretary of Labor Alex Acosta and individuals from across sectors, including business, research, academia, and philanthropy.
• Briefing the Critical Labor Coalition, including business leaders from the retail, food, and hospitality industries, on the connection between demographic trends, policy, and the future of the U.S. labor force.
• Sharing insights on the U.S. labor shortage with a national audience on NPR.
• Speaking with The New York Times about the demographics driving long-term workforce challenges in the United States.
