Changing Population Age Structure

Changes to a country’s population age structure can have important implications for economic growth. Using examples from Thailand and Rwanda, this PRB ENGAGE Snapshot illustrates changing population age structure using population pyramids. The video address the three key investments governments can make to spark or further encourage the changes to a population age structure that would be necessary to initiate a demographic dividend.
