Director, People & Culture
Felipe Cofiño joined PRB as director of People & Culture in April 2024, coming from Cricket Media, Inc., where he served as an executive human resources business partner. In this role, he led workforce planning efforts, contributed to the company’s growth strategy, and provided strategic and tactical human resources support across the organization. With more than 10 years of experience in executive-level human resources roles spanning various industries, including hospitality, e-learning, and financial services, Cofiño brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to PRB.
Cofiño holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources from The Catholic University of America and is deeply committed to driving positive change within organizations. He is based in the Washington, D.C. area.
