Health Systems Strengthening Technical Officer
Mary Kemunto is the Health Systems Strengthening Technical Officer based in Kilifi County, Kenya. Kemunto joined PRB in 2023. She is a dedicated public health professional who holds a bachelor’s degree in public health from Moi University, a diploma in mental health from the World Health Organization, and a diploma in social work and community development from Regions Group International College.
Mary has more than seven years of work experience implementing community and health improvement projects in the public and private health sectors at the national and subnational levels in Kenya. In addition to health systems strengthening, Kemunto specializes in partner and community engagement and advocacy. She is passionate about evidence-based advocacy, research, and teamwork for the overall success of program implementation.
