Shelley Megquier

Former Program Director

Shelley Megquier was a public health and international development specialist who manages communication and advocacy activities in countries throughout sub-Saharan Africa and Asia. As a policy analyst with PRB’s International Programs since 2013, Megquier led capacity-building efforts in close collaboration with in-country partners and spearheads the production of PRB publications and multimedia products on a range of technical subjects. She joined PRB with a rich background in gender and development work, including experience working in Burkina Faso, Kenya, Peru, Thailand, and the United States. Megquier holds a master’s degree in sustainable international development from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and a bachelor’s degree in global studies from Saint Lawrence University.
