Stacey Harris was associate vice president of People & Culture. She joined PRB in 2019. She has 20 years of experience, including in HR management, performance compensation programs, benefits management, talent acquisition, HRIS management, training/professional development, employee relations and diversity, employee reward and recognition programs, and payroll management. She previously worked at Tribalco as a human resources director, where she managed the full range of HR functions for U.S and international (EMEA and APAC) employees, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, policy and process development, and professional development. Harris holds an M.B.A. and a master’s degree in human resource management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Millersville University. Harris is also a Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) senior certified professional.
