Former Health Systems Strengthening Technical Officer

Victorine Ndinda worked as a health systems strengthening technical officer in PRB’s Kenya office on the Stawisha Pwani Project. She was based in the coastal town of Kilifi. Her role entailed providing technical and advisory support on health policy advocacy, leadership and governance, health financing, health services and human resources for health. Ndinda joined PRB in April 2021, and has a rich background in project planning and management of multisectoral health projects, leadership and governance, and research methodology—both quantitative and qualitative. She has a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Moi University and a master’s degree in international studies from the University of Nairobi. Previously, Ndinda worked with Development Alternatives Incorporated as a WASH technical specialist and with AMREF Health Africa on a similar role. She has also worked with the Kenya Red Cross in a disaster response project as a health project officer.
