Raquel Wojnar
Communications Manager
Raquel Wojnar is a communications manager in Communications. She has more than a decade of experience as a content manager and editor in a variety of environments, having worked for nonprofits, publishers, and news organizations in the health care, education, and business spaces. Wojnar works with PRB’s partners, policy analysts, researchers, and Communications staff to develop clear and effective material for print and digital publication. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Maryland, and she joined PRB in 2021.
