Reshma Naik, PRB senior policy analyst, was a guest on Julie Rose’s podcast “Top of Mind” to discuss noncommunicable diseases (NCDs). Diabetes, stroke, heart disease, and other NCDs are often considered rich country diseases, but Naik showed how they are actually becoming a serious problem in many lower- and middle-income countries.
